Tips for Writing Within Character Limits
Front-load your message
Put the most important information first. Many platforms truncate text, so readers might only see the beginning.
Use numbers and symbols
"50% off" is shorter than "fifty percent off" and often performs better. Use & instead of "and" when space is tight.
Cut filler words
Remove words like "very", "really", "just", and "that" when they don't add meaning. Every character counts.
Test variations
Write multiple versions of your copy. Shorter isn't always better—sometimes a longer headline converts better than a cramped one.
